By using SleepSnaps you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to every app downloaded from the App Store.
SleepSnaps is a personal sleep camera. It records short clips when it notices movement or sound and shows you a summary in the morning. It is a convenience and curiosity tool, not a safety, security or medical device.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as Apple’s rules allow. You do not buy the software; you buy a licence.
Use the app only to record yourself, or other adults who have clearly agreed to be recorded. Do not use it to record anyone secretly, to monitor children as a safety device, or in any way that breaks the law where you are.
Detection depends on lighting, phone placement, bedding and room noise. The app may miss moments or record false alarms, may stop if the phone locks, runs out of power or is interrupted by a call, and may not save every clip. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
You are responsible for keeping your phone plugged in, unlocked and pointed at the bed, for the storage the recordings use, and for anything you do with the recordings.
Prices are in US dollars and may be converted by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Unused trial time is forfeited if you buy before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy. Family Sharing follows whatever Apple enables for that product.
Planned Pro features: unlimited history, night-reel export/share, snore and sleep-talk sound clips. Free use is limited to the current night. If a listed Pro feature is not in a given build, the App Store listing for that version controls.
SleepSnaps does not diagnose, treat or monitor any medical condition. Read the Health notice in the app and on the support page.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or its recordings.
We may update the app and these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
